Works well
Exactly what I needed to replace faulty springs on a sash window. Came with all fixtures and fittings and a spring tension adjusting tool. No instructions but plenty of advice to be found on the Internet.

Spiral sash balance
Great looking product at a reasonable price. I think I know where everything goes but instructions would have been nice. Are there any instructions?
