To determine the UK's Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing list, Great Place to Work’s culture experts analysed thousands of employee surveys, assessing feedback on job satisfaction, work-life balance as well as psychological and financial security. IronmongeryDirect is ranked 86th in the medium-size business category, amongst 250 other businesses.

The past few years have been tough for everyone across the country, with many experiencing increased pressure at work alongside other day-to-day worries as a result of Covid-19. According to Vitality¹ 56.4% of UK employees are reported to suffer from work-related stress.
