Click & Collect now available from IronmongeryDirect

We understand that waiting at busy trade counters for products and missing deliveries can cause delays on jobs and frustrations for customers, so we are pleased to launch our new Click & Collect service - providing you with even greater flexibility and choice of delivery options, when ordering from our range of 18,000 in-stock products.

How it works

Browse our products as usual, from our wide range of architectural ironmongery, seals, sealants and adhesives as well as fire protection products and add your selection to your basket.

Simply select the Click & Collect option at the checkout and choose from the list of pick-up locations in your area.

Orders can be delivered to a convenient network of local pick-up points, including branches of stores, such as Sainsburys, Matalan, Homebase, Currys PC World, Rowlands Pharmacy as well as select local convenience shops.

This network means there is a pick-up location within a 10 minute drive of 90% of the UK population, so there will almost always a suitable option for you to choose from.

By offering the option to choose a location that’s convenient, we hope to make it easier for you to get the products you need exactly when and where they are needed. And fast!

The costs

Our Click & Collect service is free on orders over £45 + VAT, or only £4.95 on orders under £45 + VAT, compared to £6.95 for standard delivery on orders under £45 + VAT.

Our customers also benefit from our easy free returns promise and can send items back free of charge for a full refund.
