All deliveries will be made between the times of 8am to 6pm apart from Sunday deliveries which are 9am to 6pm.
Large Item Surcharge
Large items carry a £3.95 surcharge per order, as they require additional work to handle. We'll let you know which items this surcharge applies to before you place your order - and you'll only ever be charged once per order, no matter how many large items you buy.
Delivery to Scotland, Highlands, ROI
A two-day service will apply to orders placed after 6pm in Scotland which contain a product over 1 metre in length. Next day delivery is not available for Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands and some remote areas where an additional charge may apply. Please call for further details.

Yes. You can view the status of an order simply by logging into your account or calling 0808 168 28 28.
Choose from the following options:
If the goods you have ordered are damaged, faulty or incorrect, let us know within 30 days of receiving your order and we will arrange to have the products sent out again free of charge, or we'll give a full refund!
If you do not receive everything you ordered, this may be because the item was out of stock. If this is the case, it will be forwarded to you as soon as we receive it. If we have made a rare mistake and forgotten to include something, please call us as soon as you receive your order and we will endeavour to rectify the issue as soon as possible.
If our carriers are unsuccessful on the first attempt they will leave a card and contact number for you to collect your goods or in some cases re-arrange delivery. If the parcel is not collected or delivered after 5 days the package will be returned to us.
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes or leave the goods at an unattended location as our carriers require signatures before releasing the package. The courier in particular circumstances may permit you to define a safe location via text message or on the courier website.
Yes. You can choose to have your order delivered to an alternative address (not the billing address). Simply add a new delivery address when completing your order in the checkout. We will then email the invoice to you and send an un-priced despatch note with the order.
If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is usually returned to us by the carrier. Please double check your delivery address carefully when placing an order.
If the order is being despatched to a prison, there may be delivery restrictions associated with the items or carriers. These restrictions are determined by each institution and may vary.

If you decide to cancel your order, please call and speak to one of our advisors who will be happy to help you. If your order has been despatched, unfortunately we can't stop your order, so simply return your order to us, using the returns label provided for a full refund.
You have up to 5 days to collect your order from your chosen location.

You will be notified by either email or text when your delivery is ready for collection from your pick-up location.
You will need to bring photo identification, for example a passport or driving licence.
There are a couple reasons this might be. In some remote locations, it take 2 days for orders to arrive and some items cannot be delivered by a standard courier, and therefore need a specialist courier.
Our Click & Collect network includes over 6,000 shops across the UK. The closest pick-up points will be presented to you when you select Click & Collect at the checkout.
A small number of items are excluded from Click & Collect, due to their dimensions. You will be informed of this during the checkout process.
Unfortunately, you cannot drop off items to be returned via the pick-up locations. However we do provide a freepost return label in the order box, so if you want to return something, simply check our returns process here.
