We use a paperless approach that is provided by DPD, where the only thing required is the QR code that gets created per number of parcels that you are returning (up to a maximum of 3). You can generate these QR codes by going through the returns process, providing both your email and order number. You will then simply need to take these QR codes to one of DPD’s drop-off points and show them each of the QR codes that we’ve provided you.
You will be able to see the available DPD drop-off points during the returns process, or you can find them using the DPD Parcel Shop Finder found at: https://pickup.dpd.co.uk/
The QR code(s) can be found on the final step of the returns process. They will also additionally be emailed to you once the return has been completed.

Refunds will take between 7 to 10 days from the date the goods have been sent back. Refunds will be credited to the same source of payment the goods were initially paid for.
We cannot accept returns for special order items.
