Excellent customer service
Good value, solid quality, like for like replacement for a period door but slight issue with the alignment of the flap was quickly and efficiently resolved by responsive Customer Services.

Polished Brass Letter plate
Poorly manufactured product. Letter plate hard to open once closed. 3m/m gap one side. Aluminium rivets used for hinge pins with a very sloppy fit. It had to be a sloppy fit because of the misalignment of the letter plate to the body. Would have liked to give it zero stars.
