About this product
- A folding window opener for top-hung opening out windows, designed for use on uPVC frames
- Accommodates a step variation of 0–26mm
- Adjustable body so no need for packers, this opener is simple to adjust to accommodate different steps
- 150mm throw with folding action to open and close. The over-centre design means the opener locks securely into place when window is closed
- When used with a link bar, the opening gap is effectively halved (approximately 75mm), meeting safety guidelines for second storey and above windows
- Opener & link bar recommendations: 1 opener for up to 500mm sash width. 2 openers & link bar for 600-900mm sash width. 3 openers and link bar for 900-1500mm sash width
- Tested to over 100,000 cycles
- Fixing screws not supplied
