- Can be used with mechanical door closers to provide electromagnetic hold open facility
- Electromagnetic door holders are controlled by the fire/smoke alarm system and hold the door open until either:
- The alarm is activated manually, by a heat/smoke sensor or if there is a power failure
- The door can be closed manually by pulling the door edge
- Casing: Metal (Painted White)
- Voltage: 24VDC / Current: 50mA
- Ideal for helping to meet the requirements of the Equality Act 2010 by allowing a fire door to be held open until a fire alarm is activated

Good solid device
Installed and working beautifully. Love that this has the release button on the fitting. I have older models around the building that don't have that.

Quality Magnet Unit
Decent little door magnet, wired into our 24v system, works great. Used with the floor bracket which is easy to fit and nice and strong.
