Hello, Step 1. Mount the casement window stay onto the window frame Place your stay on the window frame, slightly off-centre, away from the hinged side of the window. Then use a pencil to mark where the first screw hole should go. Now remove the stay, open your window, drill a pilot hole and screw the stay onto the frame. Now the stay is in place, screw the pilot hole for the second screw and drive it into place. Step 2. Install the casement window stay fixers to the bottom of the window frame Close the window and position the first fixer in the first hole of the stay arm. Mark where the fixer sits on the frame, then remove the arm, drill pilot holes and screw the fixer into place. Now put the second fixer in the final hole of the arm, push the arm tight against the window and mark where it sits. Once again, remove the arm and drill pilot holes. Then screw the fixer into place, replace the casement stay arm and the job is done. Thank you
