Not up to usual standard
The delivery was 24 hours late and dropped outside the door as my neighbour (alternate delivery address) was also out. Luckily no rain so box remained intact. Ordered folding shelf brackets and was slightly surprised that they don't end at 90 degrees to the mtg wall. Mine meant that the shelf was angled into the wall. Really couldn't be bothered to send back in case the whole batch was the same. Have used ID for several years and never been as disappointed with their components or the extra day waiting for delivery.
