Excellent value
This ladder is safe, stable and sturdy enough for regular use. It is easy to fit, and narrow enough that usually cutting out joists is not required. It is excellent value, and the customers are generally delighted with its modern looks and ease of operation. It is important to check what goes into which bracket hole, and fit the side handle when you fit the ladder to the hatch as it is a pig to fit afterward.

Items received damaged x2
Ordered item received with large dent in hatch, then replacement was delivered with damaged ladders. Both looks like they had been thrown around .

Some assembly is needed. Fixing ladder, springs and catch to the hatch.
