Great lock for HMO and cost effective
The fire regs for an HMO require a door lock that is simple to open without a key , this lock is the best cost effective option , it this and use the old locking latch as a latch only . if there are no keys to lock it it is in compliance . if fitted with a thumbturn lock . Cost is everything when you have lots of doors to modify , it is also simple to fit

Garage door deadbolt
I purchased this item to replace a mortice key lock on an internal fire door to the garage. I searched for a euro spec thumb turn lock with the same dimensions and this lock fitted exactly. The current lock was Wickes branded. It was easy to fit and has a smooth operation.
