Could have been perfect!
Bought this to fit on a fire door that turned out to be a lot heavier than I thought it was. The closer worked but would not latch the door. The instructions were easy to follow. Item was reasonably expensive, but probably worth it!

Exactly what I needed
This was bought to close just one door on a set of double doors - I didn't want a single door closer on a double set so decided to use a Perko. It was easy to fit, using the chain locks but I did need a longer drill bit! Pleased with the finish.
