any installation instructions? have drawer runners before but these don't slide. I'm guessing a black plastic piece slots out?. Product code 819502

Good morning, Unfortunately we do not hold any installation instructions for these runners. However, there is a black plastic part fitted to the middle section of the runner that will allow you to adjust and remove the internal extension section of the runner.
