- Hampstead Easi T are heavy duty locks ideally suited for high traffic areas such as public buildings, hospitals and schools
- 1.5mm heavy duty steel case and patented heavy duty spring
- PVD stands for Physical Vapour Deposition - a process and finish creating a molecular bond resulting in the most durable and hard-wearing coating available today. This makes the product more corrosion resistant, more hard wearing, and more impact resistant
- Suitable for sprung and unsprung door furniture
- Follower spring adjustment screw eliminates door furniture sag
- Forend is replaceable without having to remove the lock
- Patented Easi-T reversal system means latch bolt can be reversed quickly and easily without having to open the lock case
- 60 minute fire rating
- Latch can be retracted by the lever handle from either side
- 25 year guarantee

Top quality piece of kit
Top quality piece of kit with many thoughtful details: tool included to switch closing direction; removable return spring which easily moved the heavy handles; even clearance holes for the door handle screws! Solid construction. Be careful though the long set back means it has to go into the lock rail - should be OK for a well made panel door. Confusingly the instructions say don’t install at a joint.
