Having fitted many doors , the sash locks always present minor issues , not so this time. I was particularly impressed with ease with which I could rotate the striker Latch to cope with the door opening the way I needed it to.An impressive item

Not that good
I bought these sash lock to fit as replacement like for like so no chipping out, I would buy these mortise locks if it wasn't for that reason, there not that good, much better ones can be bought for a less price, also the keys are terrible to copy, ask any locksmith, would not recommend
