- Predominantly used on rebated French doors, in fact conservatory and summer house manufacturers are the biggest users
- On external final exit doors from a house, use a 5-lever lock and rebate kit for security
- NOTE: Intumescent should be used to ensure adherence to fire regulations - search for: 'intumescent lock pack'

It only took two weeks - 10 months ago
Replacement lock for an old worn out lock.
Bought as a replacement for a Union CZ2242 2 lever which is probably over 50 years old. This item is the same 2 lever lock as security is not relevant in my case. The case body fitted in to door space with no issues. The fixing plate required some very minor chiselling of the door to make it fit. Feels ok, looks ok and works ok.

Rebated mortice lock for 35mm doors
I needed budget rebated mortice locks for 35mm thick doors. Most locks are too thick to fit to thinner doors, so these locks fit the bill.
