IronmongeryDirect receives further recognition for its commitment to creating an award-winning culture

Here at IronmongeryDirect, we always strive to provide not only an award-winning service to our customers, but also a working environment that results in healthy, happy and therefore highly motivated staff.

With this in mind, we are very pleased to announce that we have been recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces ™2022 by Great Place to Work® and have achieved a ranking in the medium-sized business category for the third year running. On top of this already fantastic accomplishment, IronmongeryDirect have also achieved the 2022 Outstanding Award for Customer Satisfaction by In-house Research Ltd.

Each year, The Great Place to Work® institute compiles a list of the UK’s best workplaces based on anonymous employee surveys which evaluate the levels of trust in the company and amongst their colleagues, as well as the company’s HR and leadership practices, policies and culture.

IronmongeryDirect has been awarded a number of accolades by The Great Place to Work® institute. As well as the UK’s Best Workplaces™, previously mentioned, we were ranked within the medium-sized business category for the UK's Best Workplaces™ Award for Wellbeing 2022 and also in the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Women Award 2021.

Our highly rated and highly respected status as a business extends beyond our employees. Our customers are just as satisfied with the service we provide to them, resulting in being awarded the 2022 Outstanding Award for Customer Satisfaction by In-house Research Ltd. This award is given to companies that achieve a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 70 or above, based on customer feedback of the previous year.
