Intumescent Hinge Pads
Intumescent hinge pads provide essential fire door hinge protection, fitting behind the hinge leaf to insulate the metal. By preventing heat from conducting into the timber door core, they reduce the risk of charring and premature failure at the hinge points during a fire. Shop our range of hinge pads with pre-cut shapes for standard hinge sizes, and FD30 and FD60 options to ensure full compliance for fire door inspectors and joiners. Buy intumescent hinge pads today and benefit from reliable fire door hinge protection, fast next-day delivery, and an expansive stock range.
