- 30 & 60 minute fire rating for timber doors
- 240 minute fire rating for metal doors
- When the snib is depressed by the strike the latch is deadlocked
- Fully tested to BS EN12209
- NOTE: Intumescent should be used to ensure adherence to fire regulations - search for: 'intumescent lock pack'

Hello, From the outside, the latch bolt is usually withdrawn by a lever handle, however by turning the key a second time the cylinder will retract the latch head.
