Delivery issue tarnished otherwise excellent past experiences
Delivery issue tarnished otherwise excellent past experiences. Having experienced an excellent service and delivery from IronmongeryDirect in the past, I ordered and paid for the express delivery (next day before 10:30 delivery) as I was only on site the following day. The delivery was only made the day after I left site due to an issue with the courier company. IronmongeryDirect apologised and refunded my express delivery payment, however, it was really important to get the item on the day required for a variety of reasons. I hope not to have such issues in the future and will not let one less positive experience sticking with IronmongeryDirect.
