- Wax lubricated to enhance screw insertion time, extra driving torque and resistance to corrosion

- Are you fitting to fire doors? We would strongly recommend that you bed both hinge leafs on these intumescent liners to fully comply with BS EN 1634 test requirements
- Suitable for hinges up to 100mm width
- Pack suits 3 pairs of FD60 hinges or 6 pairs hinges on FD30

- IMPORTANT LEGAL INFORMATION: It is a legal requirement for hardware fitted to fire resisting doors to be CE marked. This ensures, in the case of any legal claim, that the best quality hardware has been fitted. The hinges we have marked on this page as suitable for fire doors are all tested and accredited. Important: When the hinges shown as being CE Marked are included in a fire resisting test they are fitted to the door and frame with intumescent pads under each leaf. Good filler at least the tin is full not like other brands
Better than all the rest
I am a cabinet maker by trade and I have always used a 2 pack filler because of its speed in drying, flexibility and ease of sanding, the 2 pack I normally use is one for the car body shop industry, I saw this product and though I would give it a go. I won't go back to the other stuff now, this is just perfect for all the jobs I do, not only are you in control of the drying times, it drys as hard as nails, is very durable and is easy to sand, plus it has such a fine finish when over painting on timber or manufactured boards you can't see where you have used it. I also have just purchased one in a natural colour and this blends in really well with soft wood and light hard wood timbers. fantastic product - i highly recommend it.
