Great product
I have previously fitted similar metal thresholds and this one is great! I particularly like the design of screws hidden under the rubber. So you can easily drill more holes where needed without see any of them. Also like the addition of sealing strips on base-great for slightly uneven surface.

Makes doing a quality job easy.
Bought to replace an existing threshold in a private dwelling that had been allowing water penetration for many years. It was easy to cut to size and a nice touch to have sealing strips front & rear on the underside, definitely a plus for a less than perfect base. The threshold seal covers the fixing screws and is easily fixed into place. Overall a well made product that is easy to work with that makes for a quality job.
