Looked for sometime for this vent to finish off appearance of new home. Excellent quality, easy fit and functions well. 20 out of 10 for the service I received from Electrical Direct. I had 1 query before ordering which was answered within 10 mins by email. Product arrived next day. Wish all items I ordered on-line were dealt with as well!

Easy ordering online, products arrived quickly. Good quality product which I am sure would have been perfect. Unfortunately had to return due to incorrect sizing. My fault !
