sliding doors to wet room
Excellent piece of equipment, more expensive than most but well worth it. Very well engineered and glides with the smallest push

Excellent Quality, Terrible Instructions.
The quality of this product is excellent, but unfortunately the instructions let it down. If I had fully followed them all the fixings for the pole would have been wrong, leaving eight useless holes in my newly tiled wall. Thankfully I doubted their instructions and installed it correctly. The instructions for the slow down mechanism was even worse, instructing you to ‘figure out’ where the tabs go and ‘Re-fix if wrong’, which was obviously not an option for me as I don’t want unused holes in my tiles!! I did ‘figure it out’ but you want a lot clearer instructions than that when doing this for the first time. In regards to the slow down mechanism, it is a shame that the tabs are not also made from stainless steel as it would be nice if it all matched the rest of the sliding door gear which is to a very high standard. All in all I am happy with the end result, and grateful that my experience prevented what would have been a very frustrating balls up, if I had followed the instructions to the letter!

Hello, The soft close is in the tubular track, so you need to remove it manually. Thank you
