Expensive
Having purchased this item from Ionmongery direct for £30 including delivery and VAT, I happened to go to a local farm shop and found the same item for £7 including VAT. I'll say no more.

Not the best experience in the world.
The pin is bigger than the eye. Had to pay to get the eye drilled out - not happy. Also I had to have 4 deliveries as we ordered two pairs of eyes and two pairs of pins. The pins come as singles but paperwork and website say pairs grrrrrrrrrr

Reasonable value.
A good quality product with rapid delivery but supplied with only one nut, so difficult to lock tight. Additional M18 galvanised nuts are not easy to find. My request to purchase additional nuts was ignored by Ironmongery Direct.
