Both batches sent rusty and unable to use.

Was sent hinges and they were all rusty. They sent another batch after saying they have been quarantined as they must have had a bad batch, sent me more, and they were also rusty. Customer service was excellent, called me straight away both times I contacted them and organised a refund. I get these things happen sometimes, was just annoying as I needed them for the first delivery date.

Flush fit ha.

As usual the screws do not fit into the countersink holes which means they do not work without re drilling the counter sinks or supplying some smaller screws. Also the finish on these was very poor .

Bought for a job I am working on. Very pleased with the quality for such a low price,the screws supplied are a bit brittil but a good pilot hole overcomes this..
