Exitex Threshold
I use these all the time now when I'm manufacturing outward opening doors, watertight so no comebacks from my customers.

Good threshold
Better than a lot of thresholds but condensation can be an issue also ironmongery direct are selling these for far too much money. R and j builders hardware are much cheaper!
