Once we established that it was the 8.5 size that we required, the product was absolutely perfect for the job required. Can’t praise the company enough for way they handled the replacement and free labels for the return of the 5mm were sent instantly. The parcel with the 5mm was returned on the 3rd October but are still waiting for the credit to be processed. Nevertheless, we will certainly recommend to other people in our Apts. at Ambassador House that this product is a perfect solution for our windows.

Bought this to weatherproof a few sash windows and I am quite pleased so far. Will need to wait until next winter to see if it’s actually effective though...
