- Slim-line track simply recesses into the top edge of the door leaving only the arm showing when the door is open
- The stopped position is adjustable on site to gain maximum opening angle yet stop the door before it fouls obstructions such as projecting sills, opening casements or down pipes
- An additional feature is that the friction provided by operating the device can be adjusted helping control larger doors, doors opening in windy / exposed positions; this is a useful feature for special needs or elderly users
- Ideal choice for conservatories and external French doors and now commonly fitted as standard by many joinery manufacturers

Perfect for my needs
These worked perfectly. The instructions don't come with it, but are freely available on the website. Using the instructions, fitting to my uPVC patio doors was a doddle and took about 15 minutes. They work well and do exactly what was needed, to stop the patio doors opening more than 90 degrees.

Part Not Exactly As Specified - Ok for First Fit but be careful for Retro-Fit.
Despite careful measuring and choice, the part supplied wasn't a direct match for the part I was trying to replace. All the dimensions are correct. The problem is the part is designed for a flush routed mortice rather than a recessed routed mortice. Be careful purchasing this item if your looking for an exact replacement. I did try contacting IronMongeryDirect for advice but they failed to respond to my request despite several attempts. - poor customer service followup.

There is nothing wrong with the product which is of a good quality. Unfortunately, there wasn’t any dimensions given on the website and was found to be unsuitable. Customer relations were very helpful and returned the product imediately. Shall use the

Hello, It has a end stop that restricts the door swinging and blowing open in the wind. Friction can also be adjusted by means of a screw in the sliding nylon block to give more control over the door. You then pull to a close as usual, there is no clip.
