Check the lock movement before you purchase

Make sure the existing lock in the door turn 90 degrees. This handle requires 90 degrees to reset the lock code. Very nice kit though.

Doesn’t fit

This product is okay in its self, but doesn’t fit with the Nemef lockcase that was supplied with it, caused a big problem as I’d already cut out the aluminium door, not happy

Quality at its best

This piece of kit was bought for parcel access and it is sturdy and solid and fits many upvc doors.

Otherwise good product let down by no simple instructions in the box

Upon opening found no instructions on box. Then had to google to find instructions as lock was not working. Once did that called their technical support who were very helpful. A simple 4 point leaflet in the box would have saved lots of heartache and worry for the client

Solid outdoor lock

Really good mechanism for lever multipoint. We used on Garage side door so didn’t have to have key on us all the time. The only draw back is the backing plate which looks like a satin finish in the photos but doesn’t match lock and is grey primer colour. Ok for us as on Garage.
