Push button lock
Great solid lock, only 4 stars as I ordered the wrong item and never got a chance to test this out. Returns process very easy and help desk very professionsal. Have ordered the correct item now

Excellent product
Arrived very quickly and we’ll boxed. Very good heavy duty quality Handle can be changed to left. Fitted very easily. Currently using on a gate so have bought the silicone lubricant to keep it working well and waterproof as advised.

BL4409 lock
Well constructed lock. Fitted on outside gate with minimal issues. Only issue, and not Ironmongery Directs fault, was a missing spindle. Phoned Borg helpline on Friday and spindle was delivered on Monday morning.

Great lock! Wish I bought more….
Looks great and although it’s only been a few weeks I feel like it will last harsh weather. But much better than others that I had bought and given back! Just had my garden done and now wish I had bought this lock for all my external doors rather than handles and locks with keys! You won’t regret buying this lock

Borg BL4409
Feels and looks like a very robust lock. Had to fit an additional timber strip as the gap on the gate was too wide for the lock but other than that easy to fit. Delivery from Ironmongary direct was very quick and nice that they provide a return label (although clearly not needed).
