Poorly built

Brilliant to find a pull out tea towels unit. However, this came with no fitting instructions or screws. Relatively easy to overcome. The main issue is lack of adjustment on the unit in order get the door to line up with surrounding cupboards. The wire rack is so out of line that it requires significant bending, and I have had to install magnetic catches in order to get the top of the door to pull in to the frame. Fundamentally this unit is poorly built and not really fit for purpose for a kitchen unit.

Could have been perfect for the job, first time.

The well constructed and chrome finished unit arrived well packed with no sign of any damage but when fitting, the suggested holes did not line up and on inspection, it was malformed with runners out of line and parallel. It was immediately replaced but the new unit had exactly the same problem. However, with some thought, and a little pressure exerted appropriately, the unit is now in line, in parallel and properly serviceable. Maybe advice should be provided to assist in verifying and if need be, minor correction activity.

I bought this for a job we are doing for the kitchen, the quality is exceptional and we are very happy with it, it has yet to be fitted, due to the kitchen awaiting plumbing.
