- Designed for surface fitting - shelves must be a minimum of 7mm shorter than the internal width of the cabinet
- The wide flange means that these bookcase strips can be welded to the surface for a heavier duty, permanent fit
- Use heavy duty raised bookcase clips for large or heavier shelves
- Thickness: 1mm
- Slot centres: 12.7mm
- Section depth: 3.4mm
- Fixing centres: 152.4mm
- Fasteners required: 12 x No.4
- NOTE: Raised bookcase clips must be used for this system - flat versions WILL NOT work

Does what it says but does bend easier, especially in transit if courier not careful.

Quality product and easy to fit
Bought these surface mounted bookcase strips for a pair of bookcases I've recently made. I've used these strips several times before as they are surface mounted and therefore are much quicker to install than a similar product that requires routing in. Pair them with the reinforced shelf supports and you can really load each shelf up with weight without any worries. Would definitely recommend this product.

Brilliant
Originally bought an unbranded version from another supplier which, when they arrived were very poor quality and the supports didn't fit properly. Bought these instead and, whilst slightly more expensive, they are far superior in every way so worth paying that little bit extra. Would definitely buy again and recommend to anyone.
