How do I find the Click & Collect option when ordering?

When using our website to place your order, simply select the ‘Click & Collect from FREE’ option at checkout and click the highlighted IronmongeryDirect Trade Counter box from the list of locations available. We’ll then send a confirmation email and SMS text to your mobile once your order is ready, which you will need show to our Trade Counter team when you come to collect.

What Other Delivery Options Do We Offer?

Our existing Click & Collect service includes the option to pick up orders from over 12,000 DPD parcel shops nationwide, including: Sainsbury’s, Matalan, Co-op and Post Office.

Need something quickly but can’t make it to our trade counter? We’ve got you covered with our Same day delivery service which is available to selected postcodes in London and the South East; orders placed before 12pm on Monday to Friday can be delivered by 4pm that day.

Plus, our next day delivery service for orders placed by 9pm on weekdays or 4pm on Saturdays, can help to reduce delays on projects, highlighting our commitment to efficient and fast delivery.
