Not fit for purpose
Beautiful looking door knobs, however they do not work. We're unable to turn the knobs so therefore cannot close the doors as the handles do not turn/function.I rang to advise and to ask for some advise, the Gentleman I spoke to advised me someone would call me back, still no call and that is nearly a week ago.
