Great Item And perfect for what I required
My client wanted to open a large top hung casement just enough to let fresh air in whilst she was cooking. This done the job perfect and upon closing again, pulled the casement in nice and snug against the draught proofer. It is also fully adjustable on a concealed 'ratchet pin'.
Works beautifully
Bought these for my summer house to replace standard locks that needed 2 hands to operate, went rusty and made the whole window wobble. These are solid, quick to operate and hold the windows steady. Very pleased.

Works beautifully
