Did not drop!
I bought 4 of these to fix to the outside face of main entrance fire doors to four communal flats as a smoke seal. I returned the items because they only dropped on the side of the release button. Not the full length of the seal. On the upside, returning the items to Ironmongery Direct was easy and hassle free. Full refund received.
