No stain, on Ironmongery Direct's service.
Ironmongery Direct had wood stain in stock so I paid for next day delivery, but the delivery company delivered the day after that. Ironmongery Direct apologised and refunded the next day part of my delivery cost. Perhaps they could have let me have delivery free in the circumstances. They didn't, but they attended to my problem right away and considerately. Thank you.
