We welcome applications for TradeXtra Accounts from a variety of businesses and organisations. This includes limited companies, sole traders, and entities operating in the public sector or not-for-profit sectors.
When you sign up for a TradeXtra Account, you can opt into TradeXtra Rewards. If you initially chose to opt out of TradeXtra Rewards but later decide to join, you can still become a member. Simply submit a membership request form via www.tradextra-rewards.co.uk and wait for your request to be reviewed.
Veriff is a company that provides online identity verification services using artificial intelligence and machine learning to confirm customer identities securely and efficiently. During the TradeXtra Account application process, Veriff helps ensure that the person who is attempting to open a trade account is real and is exactly who they say they are.
Paying your balance through your online TradeXtra Account is quick and easy — here's how:
- Log in to your TradeXtra Account.
- Navigate to the 'Billing' section in the side menu.
- You'll see a list of all your current open invoices. Next to each invoice is a tick box.
- Select the tick box for each invoice you wish to pay, then click 'Proceed'.
- On the next screen, enter your card details to complete the payment.
If you prefer to make payments via BACS, please ensure your customer account number is added as your payment reference. Email your remittance advice to remittances@ironmongerydirect.com to ensure your payment is processed accurately and promptly.
To request an increase to your credit limit, log in to your online TradeXtra Account and navigate to the 'Account Overview' section. Here, you'll find details of your current available balance, along with the option to request an increase under the 'Increase Credit Limit' section.
Simply follow the instructions provided to submit your request. In most cases, requests are reviewed promptly, and you'll be notified of the outcome via email. If additional information is needed, our Accounts Team will contact you directly. If you experience any issues accessing your account or submitting your request, please contact our support team for assistance.
