Great handles!

I fitted 3 mortice lock handles and one bathroom lock handle in a sailing club, and have every hope that they will outast the previous handles by many years. I was most impressed by the design of the spindles to combat the usual looseness after long usage. The provision of bolt-through fixings as well as four screws each side give the design exceptional strength. Excellent product , reasonable price - would buy again without hesitation.

Not robust

This was bought to match the others in the house, and as such is perfect, however, this is the fourth time this has been replaced along with multiple changes to other handles (on rose) so I’m sad to say that, for this particular family who are quite heavy users, this is NOT robust enough to take that kind of use. Suggest you look elsewhere ☹️

Good quality, easy fixing

This handle was to replace one which was always catching in peoples clothes. It arrived very quickly and was very easy to fit. It can be fixed either bolt through or by four screws on each side. The spindle is grooved down one side with a spring in it. The spindle fits very snugly in a standard lock and the handle has grub screws which locate into the groove in the spindle and tension it into the lock. I am impressed with the quality and am sure it will be very durable even in the fairly high traffic area where it is fitted. Nobody snags their clothes now!
