Teutonic excellence
Great premium product. I used on an internal solid core fire door to my new office (30kg), in a recessed frame. needed an exact fit to account for sound insulation products & aesthetics. Without the router jig it's a challenge. I made my own, measuring multiple times, routing in increasing depths. Took a full day but results are worth it. Upon installing door was catching a fraction of a mill on the sill; 3d adjust - done in seconds. Does not 'kick out' & catch on the inside of the frame. Really smooth action. Very impressed.

A great quality hinge
Expensive but worth it. Installed 12 pairs of these now on really heavy doors and also a pair of hidden overclad doors (50 kg each). The jig is very expensive, but I made my own from some 6mm mdf. The jig needs to be really accurate to get a neat job and you need 2 for the door and 2 for the frame. There is loads of adjustment once installed and a lovely smooth action.

Brilliant bit of engineering
Couldn't use a router to fit these but did ok with flat wood bits. Loads of adjustment available even if you don't get the position perfectly right, well please with my choice.
