These Roller stays are only good for scrap

The roller stays are complete rubbish ,I will be sending them all back . They wobble sideways so much that they could slip off the casment. Dont buy

Wrong dimensions

Bought these roller stays based on the dimensions in the technical drawing. According to the drawing the rollers should have been 39mm long. They are only 15mm in length. Other than that they appeared to be well made and I am sure would last a long time. However, no good to me and returned for a refund

Problem resolved well and timely.

I got these 150mm roller stays to turn an internal top opening casement into a bottom opening top vent. They do the job perfectly. The first order had a faulty unit in and I always judge a company on how they resolve an issue and ironmongery direct did a superb job. Easily contactable, sent a replacement quickly with apologies and problem resolved so I could carry on with the project quickly.
