Nice and simple
I have fitted several of these. The great part is, if you can’t cut a straight and parallel hole, then the insert hides any errors

Good product
I bought this as outside flap of my letterbox came off years ago and I finally got around to fix it. First intumescent letterbox I have fitted and at first begrudged the price to be honest. With accurate measurement it went straight in old cavity, and something that never crossed my mind is that now whatever my neighbours decide to smoke the fumes do 0not permeate my flat as before; the flaps shut good and tight and it makes me realise what an essential bit of kit it is. If it keeps out dope smoke and cooking smells it has got to bode well as a emergency fire safe guard if swollen up in a building fire situation.
