Generally Satisfactory
The delivery was excellent. The EURO Union sash locks and the handles were just the job. A slight mistake on my part in selecting the Euro cylinder which needed to be thumbturn. As such these needed to be returned and replaced with similar quality thumbturn. However the package did not have the '' return'' form. This took time. I am awaiting the refund on these.

Excellent choice.
Bought 2 prs of handles for 2 seperate jobs. Had replaced sashlock case and euro cylinder in chrome and these handles were the perfect finish to the door. Good size to cover existing screw holes from previous handles and beautiful quality finish. Nice strong springs which should last.

Great, does what it’s supposed to.
I bought these handles to replace similar ones for the front door to my flat. The old ones literally snapped in my hands, they were cheap and not even solid. These on the other hand are sturdy and secure.
