Door closer

Slightly disappointing
First gust of wind caused door to swing open and the pivot Bush in the stay sheared off. Disappointed no spares available. Repaired with bolt and found metal spec very poor and very easy to drill through. Looks good but cheap spec not value for money.

Careful on positioning
Bought to prevent a door opening behind 90 degrees. No instructions so had to guess and reposition. Overall a little short for the job !

Works a treat
Needed to stop an internal door over swinging. After much searching this looked like it would do the job.. Was not wrong, having inverted the door bracket, the whole assembly is unobtrusive and the adjustable friction prevents the door free swinging and stressing the hinges and door shut (previously splitting the door). Perfect and aesthetically acceptable solution
