Easy To Fit
This is a great easy to fit replacement piece. Just needed to re-drill the screw holes as they didn’t line up with the old ones. Even so took about 10 minutes to fit even working off a ladder. Make sure you measure the off set. I didn’t and had to buy another!!! Oops!

Window hinge replacement
Bought this part from IronMongery Direct. Great price, low postage and a fast delivery. Done the job 1st time to replace a defective bedroom window locking mechanism. Great replacement for an OEM device that had failed after many years of use.
