Good quality product, solid and good connections. However, quite a large recessed hole is needed to take the back of the plate and the connectors, which was not clear from the details available prior to ordering.

Unfortunately, when I installed this item it did not work. When I took it apart, it was apparent that the length of travel of the bell push was insufficient to make contact. The replacement I was sent had the same problem. Eventually, I cured it by supergluing a washer on to the back of the push which then ensured that contact was made.

        Hi Brian,

Thanks for the feedback. We have checked the stock and identified an issue with the internal plate of the bell push.

We have now rectified this issue with our stock and with the supplier.

Should you require any more of these Bell pushes please be assured that the same issue won`t reoccur.

        Thanks,

        David
