It arrived badly packed, which had caused vital plastic parts to break off. These were, anyway, made of an unsuitable plastic. Further, this vital part is at a location which demonstrates a very poor design - all the weight of shelves and door should not be placed on a single point on the carcass of a cupboard through a plastic bush (or boss?), as it does in this design. In other ways the item also was poorly made: holes tapped and threaded so badly that they cause an obstruction; paint applied AFTER the tap is made, clogging the threads; adustments for door position that were as complicated as it is possible to be, while offering little hope of being permanently fixed; wheels that run in rails that do not hold them in place properly. Oddly, the installation instructions were pretty clear - hence the 2 in the score!

It also turned out that the website had identical pictures for left-hand and right-hand units that both showed a right-hand unit. I'd ordered a left-hand on this basis so it had to be returned because I needed the other (right-hand) unit. This was delivered politely and fast and at no additional cost. Unfortunately, this second item was again under-packed and the same plastic parts were broken AGAIN, so the flaw in these items is general. I gave up at this point and installed it having bought some additional parts to try to minimise some of the design flaws.

        Confirmed purchase:
Thank you for your review. In response to the problems you have faced, I have spoken to the suppliers and this is the following feedback received from them:

"I will investigate the reason for the damages received on these products to see where improvements can be made in that regard.

The plastic part at the bottom that is reported as being unsuitable for its purpose is actually very strong once installed in the cabinet. Obviously this wasn’t the case with this customer, as these parts had been broken before installation. In general though, this part is secured so that it is touching the base of the cabinet once installed, so the side carriage is actually supported in this manner.

In terms of the issue with the threading I will investigate this further. The screw holes should always be threaded after coating, which obviously hasn’t been the case here. I will speak to production regarding this so that we will avoid that particular issue occurring again."

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further queries.

        Thank you
