        When the knob is turned to retract the latch, sometimes the latch springs back out. Not perfect.

        Thank you for your feedback. We have tested some of these from our stock and have not found any similar issues. It seems that this may have been an isolated problem. As I understand, our sales team have issued you a replacement and you have not had the same issue.
